This is a beautiful piece of furniture - nice color and wood finish, far more attractive and substantial than most cheap TV stands you find at local electronics stores. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend that this item be purchased from Amazon. Mine arrived today with 3 obvious damaged areas to the wood on the front and top of the piece - not where you could ignore it.
